We provide bartenders, cocktail mixologists, bar hire and cocktail masterclasses for any special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, and weddings, as well as corporate events such as parties, product launches, office openings and festivals
We are comfortable up to 2000 guests for cash bars but can cater for more if required. For our Cocktail Masterclasses the maximum is 250 simultaneously, with 750 as maximum (rotating groups)
Absolutely, all events are bespoke so we like to hear from you what your likes and preferences are for the day
We often check over our current pricelist and amend where needed. We always try to be competitively priced. This is compared to others in the industry
100%, talk to us and we can make it happen
In some cases permits/licences are needed, we will however help you with this part to make it as stress free as possible for your occasion
This varies slightly per event and package but on average around 1 hour for small Cocktail Service or Masterclass and 1.5-2 hours for larger service
We offer a wide range of draught and bottled beer, for events abroad we can even import stock directly.
Absolutely, nobody gets left out so.
Yes
Yes, deposit varies per package which will be outlined in your bespoke quote
The price you see is the price you pay, this includes installation/setup and breakdown
We are pretty self-sufficient, but depending on the package and services required we may need access to a power socket (13amp minimum). Access to running water is beneficial but we can work around this depending on the location.
We will try to work with you if this arises. Subject to availability we may be able to reschedule your booking to a future date. Please refer to the T&Cs
A dry bar means that the customer has chosen to provide their own drinks. We provide everything else needed for the service such as bartenders, bar units, refrigeration, glassware, bar tools etc.
It's not just unethical but also unlawful. So No
As a very rough guideline we would say £7 per head
We suggest a maximum of 5 cocktails. This will aid the speed of service and if you provide your own stock will minimise the risk of leftovers
If you don't make the minimum spend you would need to pay the difference, your deposit will go towards this.
We suggest 1 bartender for every 50 guests, it varies on the drinks required but we will advise you of this at the time of enquiry.
Normally we tell our customers that two glasses per guest will be enough, provided they have hired somebody to collect and wash these glasses throughout the evening. If not, we recommend allowing four or five glasses per guest.
